Volydmyr Zelenski confirmed the ISW reports that contrary to what US president Donald Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin claimed, the Ukrainian army was not surrounded by Russians in the Kursk Oblast. "However, the enemy's forces gather at the border to hit the Sumski region," stated the president of Ukraine on Saturday.
