Russia increases its net propaganda spending 7 times

According to Andrij Jermak, head of the office of the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski, Russia is spending more and more funds on online war propaganda. The cost of creating "patriotic content" is estimated at 20 billion rubles, or nearly 250 million dollars.
