The Kremlin will announce who will represent Russia in negotiations with the Ukrainian side in Istanbul, "as shortly as Vladimir Putin considers it necessary," said Russian president Dmitri Pieskov. The Kremlin officials propose that the composition of the delegation will uncover on the day of the negotiations, May 15. But any Russian delegation will be in Istanbul.
