On Tuesday (18.02) a first circular of American-Russian talks on possible ceasefires in Ukraine took place in the Saudi Arabia capital. Marco Rubio and Sergei Lavrow agreed that teams would be formed to work to end the Russian war in Ukraine as shortly as possible, as reported by the U.S. State Department.
