W Rome is hosting an global conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine, during which the creation of the European Fund for Reconstruction and the signing of contracts for billions of euros of investment and the supply of weapons, including 5,000 rockets to air defence systems from the UK, was announced. At the same time, president Volodymyr Zelenski called for a " Marshall Plan" for Ukraine.
