Romania will deliver the Patriots to Ukraine. Who's gonna pay for the replacement?

On Thursday, president Klaus Iohannis signed a bill to transfer Ukraine to the Romanian Patriot rocket system. The task initiated by the government was voted in Parliament this week. Following the announcement of the bill by the President, the government may decide to supply the anti-aircraft and rocket defence strategy to Patriot Kiev.
