"Pre-Election Debate" rules in Koński are known. TVP, TVN 24 and Polsat News offered 3 thematic blocks and appointed journalists to ask questions to candidates. Below is the full content of the proposal sent to the staffs of Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki.

Proposal for 3 stations TVP S.A., TVN 24, Polsat Newswho want to participate in the debate Horse with participation of candidates for the Office of the president of the Republic of Poland: Karol Nawrocki and Rafał Trzaskowski and propose the following conditions:

TVP S.A., TVN 24 and Polsat News are ready to carry out the broadcast and free tv broadcast another media concerned.

Presidential election 2025. Rules for carrying out the "Pre-Election Debate"

Principles of the debate:

1. Place of debate: Horses
2. Time of debate: about 90 minutes
3. Title of debate: Pre-election debate 2025
4. Live debate issue: TVP1, TVP Info, TVN 24, Polsat News and POLSAT NEWS POLICY
5. Topic blocks:
   
   
   1. Security
   2. Foreign policy
   3. Economy
      
      
6. Debate agreement:
   In each part, each of the 3 journalists will ask 2 questions of identical content to both candidates. Question time 30 sec. consequence time, 1 minute. The order of answers will be drawn.
   In each thematic block, the candidates will be able to ask the counter-candidate 1 question after answering the questions. Question time - 30 sec. consequence time, 1 minute. Time for repost - 30 sec. The first individual to ask a common question will decide the draw.
7. After 3 thematic blocks, we propose a circular of questions. Each candidate for the Office of the president of the Republic of Poland will be able to ask the countercandidate 3 questions. Question time 30 sec. consequence time, 1 minute. Time for repost - 30 sec. The order of asking each another questions - that's what the draw will decide.
8. At the end of the debate, each candidate has 2 minutes to talk freely.
9. The questions will not be known to candidates, or their attorneys before the debate.
10. The speaking time of candidates will be measured and visualized. The end of the speaking time will be signaled with a "gong" - an audio effect.
