The Russian MFA's note points out that the Lavrow-Rubio talks, organised on the margins of abroad ministers of the Southeast Asian Association of Nations (ASEAN) States in Kuala Lumpur, afraid “resolutions around Ukraine, Iran and Syria, as well as many another global problems”.
