Unexpected Decision
On Saturday, the Provincial Council of Nowa Lewica decided to dissolve the structures of the organization in Kielce at the request of Andrzej Szejna, head of the organization in the region, which is in conflict with activists from this city. 21 members of the Provincial Council voted to dissolve the structures. The vote was held by electronic means until 22 p.m. On Sunday, information about the decision voted on came to the group's website.
We are very amazed by this decision due to the fact that no 1 has told us before. – said Marcin Chłodnicki, head of the Kielce fresh Left.
Mr Schłodnicki besides pointed out that members do not know the reasons for this decision and do not know why specified a situation occurred. There is besides no explanation in the resolution. So far they have not been able to contact Andrzej Szejna or the secretary of the provincial council.
Two applications
During the conference, the erstwhile president of the fresh Left city structures presented 2 proposals by the Kielce organization activists. The first concerns the convening of the Regional Council of Nowa Lewica in a "consistent with the statute" mode.
Coldneck explained the reason for this request:
Because the vote took place remotely, on an email. It was so not possible to hold a discussion on the resolution conducted by Andrzej's colleague. It was not possible to mention to any justifications. We want it to happen again.
The number 2 request active the creation of an urban group organisation in Kielce.
Revenge as a likely motive
The secretary of the organization in the region, Jacek Skórski, informed that 20 activists participated in the vote on the solution to the Kielce structures. 13 were in favour, 5 against, and 2 abstained. Jacek Skórski refused to comment on the case.
Officially, no 1 wants to uncover the reasons for voting on the dissolution of the Kielce structures of the fresh Left, but it is unofficially said that this decision is simply a retaliation of Andrzej Szejna, the head of the organization in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, for revealing his alcohol problems.
Therefore, and besides after the “kilometers” settlement scandal, Deputy abroad Minister Andrzej Szejna was sent on forced leave by Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The Kielce structures of the fresh Left were the largest in the region.
