Negotiations began on Tuesday before noon Polish time. It is attended by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US president Donald Trump's national safety advisor Michael Waltz. The Ukrainian delegation is headed by the head of the administration of president Volodymyr Zelenski Andrij Jermak.
