Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin ended the telephone call. Following its completion, the Kremlin announced that Putin agreed to halt attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure for 30 days. On Tuesday night Volodymyr Zelenski referred to this declaration of Moscow.
