– The Russians completely destroyed the museum of Colonel-General UPA Roman Szuchewycz in the settlement of Bilohorszcz on the day of Stepan Bandera's birth – he reported on the Telegram the mer of Lviv Andrij Sadowyj. He later added that the Russians besides attacked another national memorial facility in Lviv at night: the Agricultural Academy in Dublian, where he studied Stepan Bandera 100 years ago.

The OUN-B faction co-created and led by Bandera, whose members by name were called banders, is liable for the genocide of the Polish civilian population in Volyn, and in Lviv, Tarnopolski and Stanisław voivodships, about 100 – 150 1000 people. Roman Szuchewycz, being then chief of the main UPA, at least coordinated the genocide.
