So there were already combat lasers, indestructible rockets, autonomous submarines with atomic warheads, supertanks, "invisible" drones, etc., etc. Unfortunately for the Russians and fortunately for the world, the Russian Federation usually does not finish its arms programs, for many reasons. Earlier, they were: corruption, deficiency of adequate financial resources to implement production and, most importantly, concrete in the circles of the Russian generality, which fundamentally opposes any revolutionary change.
