We have written many times about the large ambitions of Russian admirals and the tiny capabilities of Russian shipyards. Over the past decades, the Russian submarine has been systematically expanded, or actually rebuilt. This applies to both atomic submarines with ballistic missiles and hunting atomic submarines and submarines with conventional propulsion.
