The Russian debt collection company is suing Volkswagen. Nearly EUR 175 million

A recently formed company from Moscow – AO Kamey – applied to the Moscow Court of Arbitration to open insolvency proceedings against Volkswagen AG. According to the paper "Kommersant", the dispute has its origin in the decision of the court of 2024, which ordered the German company to pay advanced compensation.
