The Russian North Fleet has an additional enemy. It's climate change and warming. Researchers from the Norwegian Defence investigation Institute (FFI) at Forsvaretsforum magazine presented on Sunday an analysis of the impact of climate change on Russian troops in the Arctic. All indications indicate that Moscow will have expanding problems in this region.
