Russian workers are stuck in the Arctic. Vladimir Putin didn't pay them

Nearly a 1000 workers on the construction of 1 of Putin's largest megaprojects in the Arctic haven't been paid in 3 months. They grow without food and tickets back home. They built Russia's most modern copper and gold production plant, utilizing "manned technologies and the net of Things". It turns out the problem is even the conventional payoff.
