Russia utilized "green men", or unumunded soldiers in the area of Estonia - the U.S. Institute of War Studies (ISW) writes in the latest report. On Friday 1 of the Estonian border crossing points was closed after an armed unidentified unit on the Russian side was observed. Analysts describe this action of Russians as an component of the alleged "phase zero", which is the phase of preparation for a possible war with NATO.
