Russians without the IFF strategy and anti-aircraft defense

The expanding number of shooting down of their own aircraft in Russia proves that the Russians do not have a well-functioning anti-aircraft defence management strategy or an effective recognition strategy for ‘the alien’. Moreover, they have most likely lost their technological ability to remedy this situation for many years.
