Russia occupies up to 20% of Ukraine's territory. "Time for a porcupine strategy"

As a consequence of a full-size invasion of Ukraine since February 2022, Russia does not occupy up to 20% of the country's territory, and the war line extends to a dimension of about 1100 km. It leads from the mouth of Dnieper to the Black Sea in the south of the country to the Sumic region in the northeast.
