Russia has consistently strengthened its military presence in Libya, utilizing state division, relations with General Khalifa Haftar and access to military infrastructure. It's not just the presence of Africa Corps or the support of 1 of the Libyan camps. Moscow builds a network based on airports, access to ports, and the spread of troops, which supports its activities not only in Libya, but besides in the Sahel and further south Africa.
