Russia is displacing the West. Billion-dollar contracts

Russia's military ties to African countries have been expanding for respective years, peculiarly in the Sahel region. Russian arms company Rosoboronexport acquired contracts worth $4 billion. Meanwhile, the share of Western states in the African arms marketplace is decreasing.
