I read this on Onet:
On January 20, Ukrainian services detained 2 generals and a colonel suspected of negligence, which led to the failure of part of the Kharkiv circuit in May 2024.
We are worried about Putin plugs in Poland. Of course, there are quite a few plugs like this, but that's nothing compared to Ukraine. After the russian Union, Ukraine inherited millions of people who identified more with Russia than Ukraine. The war caused many Ukrainian citizens to talk Ukrainian and become actual patriots of this country. Many, but that does not mean that in the army, in administration, in the media, in political parties, there are inactive thousands of rusophiles who support Putin more than Zelenski. Very many Ukrainians have families in Russia and have nothing against Russia's incorporation of Ukraine.
I don't know how much the neglect of the generals and the colonel resulted in them drinking and forgetting to send the army in the right direction, or alternatively Putin's men who are doing everything to make Ukraine lose.
Israel in its war began to usage artificial intelligence to set military targets. I think Ukraine should do something similar. This would destruct the work of Russian officers.
