Russia's planning an attack? Tusk spoke to Rutte. “As I warned”

Prime Minister Donald Tusk warns that the escalation from Russia is progressing, which is of direct importance to Poland's security. After talking to the NATO chief, the Prime Minister stressed that the next six months would be "conclusive", and Russia could mobilise as many as 600 000 soldiers.
