The Russian authorities in the centre of Warsaw carry out activities aimed at spreading Russian propaganda among Poles. The centre, run by a national Russian agency, tells Poles "rusophobia" and celebrates European sanctions. “We see expanding activity,” confirms the Ministry of abroad Affairs.
