Europe must prepare for the darkest scenario. – Vladimir Putin may be ready to test Article 5 of NATO in the next 2 or 4 years – by 2030 – said European Defence Commissioner Andrius Kubilius in Vilnius. In his opinion, the Baltic States stay in the most hard position, which since 2022 have consistently alerted about the expanding hazard of Russian provocation.
