The explosions which occurred on 22 April 2025 in the area of the 51st Arsenal of the Main Board of Rockets and the Artillery Russian Ministry of Defence close the village of Barsowo in the Kirzat territory in the territory of Włodzimierski (about 65 km east of Moscow) have far more serious consequences than expected at the beginning. The fighting resources stored there proved to be harmful adequate that it was essential to evacuate the population from respective neighboring towns.
