The Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs published on its website a "black list of rusophobes" – Western politicians who usage "a hatred speech" towards Russia. Among Polish officials, the list included Prime Minister Donald Tusk, president Andrzej Duda, talker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia and Head of the MFA Radosław Sikorski. The Russian Ministry of Diplomacy cites any of the above-mentioned statements, which have been considered "rusophobic".

The Italian Ministry of abroad Affairs urgently called on the Russian Federation ambassador's rug in that country. The reason for this is simply a list of “rosophobia manifestations” which the Russian MFA has published on its website. Among the supposedly rusophobic statements are the words of Italian president Sergio Matarelli. However, it turns out that Polish politicians were besides among the “rusophobes”.

“The statements of officials and representatives of the elite of Western states towards Russia, in which the speech of hatred was used” were considered to be words which in the past fell out of the mouth of president Andrzej Duda, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, talker of the Sejm of Simon Holovnia and Head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs of Radosław Sikorski.

Which statements were considered “a hatred speech” in the Kremlin? Among others, the words of Duda, who erstwhile stated that “Russia has returned to its imperial ambitions and wants to submit to another nations.” The Russian Ministry of Diplomacy does not like Holowna's message either.

"Poland should be guided by 3 words: truth, courage and strength; this means that the full political class should repeat that Russia invaded Ukraine and not Ukraine Russia," said the talker of the Sejm, which was considered "rusophobia" in Moscow.

The next items afraid Prime Minister Tusk, who stated that Russia was not in the G7 group, as it was created "from the largest democratic states to watch over democracy and global governance".

There was besides an absurd link between statements and russophobia, where not a word about Russia was made. According to the Kremlin, even calling for Europe to defend itself is an insult. It is the words of the Prime Minister, who stated that "Europe must take the challenge and win the arms race". This is also, in Moscow's opinion, “a speech of hatred”.
