Russia intoxicated by war like drugs [ OPINION]

It cannot be hidden that war is simply a kind of drug for states as well. Especially the undemocratic ones, which is modern Russia, continuing to aggressive Ukraine. This must be remembered if present we are trying to measure possible scenarios of Russian (and not only Russian) politics against the widely understood West in the following years.
