Black Moon's hacker group published secret papers that point to closer military cooperation between Russia and China. The revealed materials show that Moscow and Beijing are jointly preparing for a possible invasion of Taiwan. The agreement is to include, among others, supplies of Russian military equipment and the creation of a modern command strategy for Chinese landing forces.
