The episode associated with the transfer of the Kamow Ka-32 helicopters lasted nearly 2 years. The first Portuguese promises to supply Ukraine with these machines produced in Russia were already made in October 2022. In April this year, the Portuguese Minister of National Defence confirmed the launch of the full process. It appears that in September it came to its finalization.
