Russia did not receive an answer from Ukraine regarding the three-day ceasefire announced by Vladimir Putin - said the Kremlin. According to Dmitri Pieskov, Moscow is ready to hold talks with Volodymyr Zelenski, whose mandate is challenged by the Russian authorities.
