Another speech appears in the statements of any bloggers and experts — although usually pro-Russian — who do not avoid critical remarks about the operations carried out, the state of training or the equipment of Russian troops. Nevertheless, the conviction of the final result of the war, which is beneficial to Moscow, and the gradual strengthening of one’s abilities through the experience gained, inactive prevails.
