The U.S. Institute for War investigation (ISW) in its latest study warns that Russia is again utilizing known propaganda narratives to the Baltic States. This time, Latvia was targeted at Kremlin. According to analysts, the Russians apply the same schemes as previously utilized to justify the invasion of Ukraine and Georgia.
