A communication released by Downing Street said that, according to British intelligence, Russia is increasingly inclined to attack Ukrainian port infrastructure in the Black Sea, and by-product of these attacks became cargo ships carrying grain. Only between 5 and 14 October, at least 4 specified ships were attacked and likely damaged.
