Rome cuts arms plans for social policy

Italy decided to usage EUR 8.9 billion from the EU's SAFE programme for defence spending, said Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani, Head of the MFA on Wednesday. He explained that this was little than the amount the government had previously requested and justified by the request for greater investment in wellness and social policy.
