Today, the Warsaw territory Court has repealed the European Arrest Warrant with the Law and Justice Policy. Earlier, Interpol refused to issue a red note behind Romanowski.
"Mr Romanowski can decision freely around the countries of the European Union and is no longer being prosecuted outside Poland," he announced on Friday at X-Mec. Bartosz Lewandowski. This does not change the position of Marcin Romanowski in Poland, but allows him to travel outside Hungary, where he received political asylum.
"The territory Court in Warsaw took into account my motion and lifted the European Arrest Order issued to associate Marcin Romanowski" - the lawyer praised.

Let us remind you that Marcin Romanowski had previously left for Budapest, where he asked the Hungarian authorities to grant him political asylum. Since the European Arrest Order was issued, he has lived in the capital of Hungary. He will now be able to travel around the Community and the world, as Interpol refused to issue a red note in favour of the policy.
Romanowski is wanted in Poland on the basis of allegations related to alleged irregularities in the Justice Fund. According to investigators, at the time, he took part in the "irregular" possession of the institution's assets. Among another things, it was about favouring and subsidising individual entities at the expense of the State Treasury. The erstwhile Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro, who besides resides in Hungary, is besides being prosecuted in this case. Both of them will not plead guilty.
