The right to 800 plus for a fresh benefit period will be established automatically without the request for yearly application by parents – the task of the household ministry, which present was adopted by the Council of Ministers, assumes.
The changes are to come into force from the following year. As stated in the Government Communication, the Social Insurance Institution will find all year the right to benefit for the following period on the basis of data from a previously submitted application.
If the household situation changes, the rightholder will be able to modify the previously transmitted information so that the Social safety Office can correctly find the right to benefit.
