Ukrainian armed forces will carry out the offensive regardless of whether modern aircraft and tanks will be delivered from the West or not. If they do not, Ukraine will be drawn into a long-term war on destruction. In its course, the Russians will brutally and regardless of their own military, political and economical costs, proceed to execution Ukrainian civilians and destruct Ukrainian infrastructure.
