Robert Bąkiewicz: PKW criminals must go to jail

Something is happening in Poland that should shake the conscience of all patriot. The State Election Commission, an institution to safeguard the regulation of law and the integrity of the elections, has become an arena of action which is not only scandalous, but even dangerous to the future of our country.
I'm certain you've been very upset about these events. Neither could I stay indifferent! Following a deep sense of work for the future of Poland, I submitted a announcement to the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw.
Last Wednesday, the seven-member composition of the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court repealed the resolution of the ultimate Court of First Instance of August, which unwarrantedly rejected the financial study of the PiS election committee from the fresh parliamentary elections. In accordance with the electoral code, the PCW should immediately approve this report, as was the case in identical cases involving another political parties.
However, during the Monday meeting, the PKW decided to postpone the decision. Reason? They are waiting for explanations from the legislative body on the position of judges of the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court. 5 PKW members voted for the postponement: Ryszard Kalisz (Levice), Ryszard Balicki (KO), Paweł Giras (PSL), Maciej Kliś (Levice) and Konrad Składowski (KO).
As the constitutionalists point out, the State Electoral Commission has no competence or legal basis for specified action. The PKW was not set up to measure the legality of another authorities of the state, but to comply with electoral law. Its work is to enforce judgments, not to question them.
But that's not all. There are shocking suggestions from PKW members that next year's presidential elections may be impossible or will not be respected. It's just not in your head!
In front of our eyes, the dismantling of the Polish state continues, and specified behaviour opens the way to the emerging totalitarian dictatorship. Selective treatment of court sentences and attempts to undermine decisions of the highest state institutions are not only unacceptable, but besides threatening the future of Poland.
We Poles anticipate the law to be respected and the ultimate Court to be executed immediately by the State Election Commission! The unlawful actions of these people are not only a scandal, but besides an assassination of the fundamental rights of the ultimate sovereign, the Nation of Poland.
That is why I did not hesitate and made a notification to the D.A. about the anticipation for PKW members to commit a crime. The charges relate to the failure to fulfil obligations and the breach of powers, which is punishable by imprisonment of up to 5 years. The jokes are over! These people must answer for their actions!
