The French paper "Le Monde" wrote in an article entitled "How Trump broke up with his strategical allies to side with Russia on Ukraine" that the content of the resolution proposed by the United States had previously been agreed with Russia. This happened without the cognition of US allies in Europe and Ukraine itself.
