Both parts of Ukraine and Japan are under Russian business - Ukrainian defence minister Alexey Reznikov noted on Sunday during a conversation with his nipponese counterpart Yasukazu Hamada. Ministers are staying in Singapore, where they attend the Shangri-La dialog meeting.
