On Tuesday, the government adopted a bill on liability for waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment, which lays down rules for the appointment of representatives by abroad companies selling products on the Polish market. The requirements for utilized photovoltaic panels will besides be orderly and adapted to EU legislation.
