The Ombudsman for Children, Monika Horna-Cieślak, has submitted her comments on the fresh core curriculum for physical education. According to samorzad.pap.pl, the main concerns of the Ombudsman concern exemptions for students with wellness problems and mandatory fitness tests. In her opinion, the current provisions may lead to aversion to physical activity and discrimination.
