The Ministry of Finance has prepared an amendment to the act on enforcement proceedings in administration, which is to importantly change the method of selling real property seized in enforcement proceedings. Heads of taxation offices will conduct auctions via their own portal eLicytacje. Current regulations supply for electronic form of sale only in the case of movables, e.g. cars.
