"List of proposals to end ... (conflict – ed.) in Ukraine, which were presented to European officials by U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff during talks in Paris on April 17... Permanent ceasefire... Both parties immediately launch method negotiations on the implementation of Ukrainian safety guarantees", the Agency stated in a statement.
