"Maintaining the anticipation of posting judges to the Chancellery of the president of the Republic of Poland should be considered necessary," writes I president of the ultimate Court in his opinion on the draft amendments to the law on the strategy of universal courts. As he points out, in the structure of KP there are cells that deal with issues of a strict legal and systemic nature, which require cognition and judicial experience.
