In 2025, then chair of KRRiT Maciej Świrski, and then his successor Dr. Agnieszka Glapiak issued 167 decisions on financial penalties for a full of PLN 4 million 784 thousand. The most frequently punished were tv Republic (10 decisions), tv in Poland24 (9 decisions) and tv Polsat (8 decisions). Many penalties for deficiency of registration or reporting have been imposed on online operators.
