Reorganization of the North Korean Army. Course for modernisation

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un appointed a fresh Minister of Defence, reported the KCNA government agency on Sunday. As she added, deep rifts in command are to accelerate the modernization of the army, increase discipline after the corruption scandal and let the full defence sector to be reorganized.
