AFU soldiers from erstwhile prisoners are active in an attack in the Kursk Oblast, which Moscow qualified as a terrorist attack and called a provocation – stated the Ukrainian paper Strana, citing the origin in the ranks of the Ukrainian army.

Russian president Vladimir Putin, commenting on the situation in the Kursk Oblast, said the Kiev government has taken another large-scale provocation and is leading mass-fired, including civilian targets.
